I have an 03 Duramax and I just put in new injectors, 65 overs, with 60 efi tunes. The smoke went away from exhaust but now is coming out of the vent tube in front, with a slight knock on start up. Can someone help me out?

Efi live sent me the tunes I downloaded to my truck. The smoke that came out of the vent tube in front had a strange smell, couldn't put my finger on it.
